As the lead designer over the Ingenuity Lite UX squad team of four designers. We built a SaaS Self-serving platform with the ability to offer themed sites. One of those themed sites was a bespoke design for our client Quality Street. I created a positive rapport with the client and key stakeholders alike, working alongside them to meet business goals and user needs. Working through the best-practiced UX processes with a lean design approach I aided in creating Quality Street's first digital footprint in over 80 years.
This project was aimed at providing our client with their first digital footprint in 80 years. With a focus on an innovative personalisation workshop feature, our objective is to ensure users can navigate the site effortlessly and utilize the new feature seamlessly. Emphasizing functionality and design innovation and crafting exceptional user experiences in the realm of client branding.
