Bupa’s new Dental Benefits experience, focusing on simplifying how customers understand their treatment costs and remaining benefits. The project tackled key issues such as costly manual updates and low uptake of dental insurance, so I designed a single, intuitive view that makes preventative and restorative treatments clearer and more accessible. Using principles like designing for people, keeping things simple, and championing accessibility, I shaped the end‑to‑end experience to reduce confusion, improve transparency, and support both customer needs and business efficiency.
